What are some of the best things about your team?
helpful, honest, caring and professional
My team is fun and supportive of each other's goals.
Immediate team is great and supportive. Other teams outside of that realm are not unfortunately.
They share ideas and accept mine.

They try to help us achieve our goals.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better processes and improvements. More automation.
Very minimal and neglectful.

Some of my peers on my team and taking care of my clients.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers are micromanagers. Also, much nepotism in the workplace. Get rid of these items and replace with more positive management.
No direction that is of advantage to employees.
