The leadership team is solid.

Sharing a clearer vision of what is expected of them in each specific division rather than outlining the goals and hoping that each individual will miraculously find their role.

It makes me feel secure about my future.
It is reasonable and fair.

To have a Director who appreciates his division's value.

helpful, honest, caring and professional
My team is fun and supportive of each other's goals.
Immediate team is great and supportive. Other teams outside of that realm are not unfortunately.
They share ideas and accept mine.
Experience and professionalism.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co workers are what makes working at The Bancorp desirable. It is middle management that gets in the way of progress.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They try to help us achieve our goals.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better processes and improvements. More automation.
Very minimal and neglectful.

It was easy going and straightforward.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers are micromanagers. Also, much nepotism in the workplace. Get rid of these items and replace with more positive management.
No direction that is of advantage to employees.
