Efficent, secure, customer service, bank

best experience at a job EVER! Executives are respectful, fair, inclusive, trusting (never micro-managing), thoughtful, generous, charitable, and stress all staff to be the same. Management is very discerning in who they hire and really pick people who have great energy all around.

Good company. Not very innovative though.

Being actual leaders that are supportive and empowering.

Overall it has been a rewarding experience.
