To have a Director who appreciates his division's value.

My co workers are what makes working at The Bancorp desirable. It is middle management that gets in the way of progress.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better processes and improvements. More automation.
Very minimal and neglectful.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers are micromanagers. Also, much nepotism in the workplace. Get rid of these items and replace with more positive management.
No direction that is of advantage to employees.
