Dr. Susan Richards Windham-Bannister Ph.D. is a Managing Partner at Biomedical Innovation Advisors LLC. Dr. Windham-Bannister serves as President and CEO at Medical Growth Strategies LLC. Dr. Windham-Bannister served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Massachusetts Life Sciences Center until May 2015. Dr. Windham-Bannister served as a Managing Vice President of Abt Associates Clinical Trials and a Member of senior Management team at Abt Associates, Inc. She helped develop and managed the Abt Associates research-based consulting division that provided strategic business planning and marketing services. She oversaw all business and strategic planning, establishes policies and is responsible for division profit and loss. Her technical work at Abt Associates focused on competitive strategy. She serves as a Director at Bon Secours Health System, Inc. She has been a Director of Cambridge Bancorp since April 27, 2016. Dr. Windham-Bannister serves on the board of directors of the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation, the National Association of Health Service Providers in Psychology. She served as a Director of the Model Cities Neighborhood Board of Boston, Massachusetts, Social Services Unit of Boston's Mary E. Mahoney Neighborhood Health Center and a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. She has conducted numerous projects for Fortune 100 companies as well as not-for-profit organizations. Dr. Windham-Bannister holds a Ph.D. from Brandeis University's Florence Heller School for Advanced Studies in Public Policy, where she was a Ford Foundation Fellow and a B.A. from Wellesley College.
