What do you like best about the leadership team? They are there to help an as long as you are hitting your numbers they let you do you job, your way for the most part.
What is the best part about your compensation package? The comp plan is uncapped. As long as a client is with you, you continue to get paid on them. There are great bonus incentives on top of your salary, & commission.
What are some of the best things about your team? Our team was put together very well. We are all team players & bring something different to the table. There has been no drama. With that being said we have recently had a “repositioning” of a coworker, who came back to sales. This team member is in good w/ the CEO & uses it to there benefit.
