The company lacks direction, the BUs have created competing goals within the company with no clear vision of how to work together cohesively. Supporting teams are expected to be everywhere at once an BUs are trying to run before they can crawl. Lack of tech makes growth challenging.

The BU's were done without regard to skills or aspirations. Teams lack mentorship, morale, and direction. Unhealthy competition w/in the BU's. The brand feels muddled. Difficult to get anything done quickly. Decisions are made by people not skilled to make them.
There have been growing pains in the past, but for me the most rewarding part for me is being part of a growing team. I would however like to be learning something new regularly, sometimes I feel a little stuck with the same routine.

All new parents get 6 weeks of PFL where the company “tops off” the payments made by the state to ensure full regular pay. This is separate from the pregnancy disability policy which is also generous.

Comp reviews happen once a year and raises are dependent on performance, behavior, and overall company success.
