We engage in philanthropy thru giving our time, our expertise and our financial assistance. In addition, we work with our community advisory board to identify mission based organizations that share our values and goals for expanding access to capital and banking to the underserved. Our senior executives serve as executives and directors of national nonprofits. We also provide technically assistance including for marketing, technology, and financial literacy, and we form financial partnerships including meaningful donations. The company supports the engagement of all employees in philanthropic activities with a focus on capacity buildings, mentor ship, and social as racial equity in education and the financial services.
