Good place to work but seeing team members treated poorly during layoffs was unsettling.

I wish I had asked more questions when interviewing for my position. The organization has major gaps in information technology staffing that I did not anticipate. This was also true of the way people are rated. I found that my goals were changed and I was rated differently than planned. Very unfair.

Leadership seems to be competent and good at making decisions.

The CEO is clearly a servant leader who will do well. He has, however, underestimated the political impediments to expansion into Northern Kentucky. The C-Suite team generally is open to suggestions and recognizes clinical accomplishments.

We work as a team to get things done

Health insurance benefits are good and in line with other area employers.

They pay reasonably well but have had to make significant cutbacks In jobs due to COVID.

Paid vacation and holiday bonus

Team members are generally friendly and try to help each other out.

People generally try to do a good job but often have to juggle a lot of projects. People would be much happier if they had fewer projects and clear direction about priorities.

I like the focus on patient care.

All Hands meetings are generally very positive and recognize accomplishments. Management is sometimes interested in improving the culture but words many times ring hollow when it comes to making changes rather than just going with the status quo. I believe the CEO is generally interested in change.

No racial differences and we share a lot of the same interest.

Interviewing with future peers was enjoyable.

I liked getting to interview with my future manager, my peers and other managers in the organization.

Seeing and interacting with my team.

I get to work with loves and my co-workers and I became family.
