Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I wish I had asked more questions when interviewing for my position. The organization has major gaps in information technology staffing that I did not anticipate. This was also true of the way people are rated. I found that my goals were changed and I was rated differently than planned. Very unfair.

Good place to work but seeing team members treated poorly during layoffs was unsettling.

What can this brand most improve?

Communication, cleanliness, customer service, billing. They should not make patients pay for the physician's surgical mistakes. If patients is making monthly payment, they should not send them to collections
