aside from the first time I was hired - as a contractor - I've never had to interview for a job at Cigna. word kind of gets around about where you might want to go next, and I'm lucky enough to have a supporting manager(s) who helped propel me to new opportunities.
speaking with the hiring manager who gave me a very clear and honest description of how things work
It was a remote job.
It was short and there were only 2 interviews.
The people were very professional
Friendly interview with many interviewers
Many of the conversations were open and honest. I knew what I was signing up for.
The interviewers were very open and made me feel comfotable

Lots of questions around communication and leadership style
That I could ask questions
Personal touches and engagment with leadership
Straight forward, set expectations on process
I was interview by the entire team so it give me a the opportunity to not only answered their question but to also learn there name and interaction with then.
I felt at ease and interviewer made me feel comfortable.
The questions asked let me see what type of people the company was looking for and answered what the company's expectations were.
Review from Customer Support Dept
They ask the situational questions.
Very friendly and very comfortable
I feel like the interview process is more of a conversation between two people rather than getting drilled with questions.
Be more organized with procedures
Take into account coworkers thoughts on the rep looking to work on the team.
I would presume that once you are in the company and apply for the new position I would hope they would do a preliminary interview so we can have face to face conversation irrelevant of experience or position. I have applied for multiple positions but no one has even interviewed me.
