Everyone gets along and makes an effort to collaborate and help out if you need it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most everyone seems to be working toward the common good as a team. I don't see many prima donnas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be totally invested in making sure the employees are happy and try to do fun things that show you can have a work/life balance and still be successful.
