There is a lot of room and encouragement for professional development. It shows that they are really invested in their employees. The CEO is very approachable and makes time for all employees. My team is supportive and I enjoy the comradery.

Everyone is willing to help each other succeed. Lots of opportunities to interact with other teams/executives in the firm

My salary is very competitive and I enjoy the flexibility I have, especially WFH. PTO and sick leave is plentiful.

Leadership is hands-on but also trusts us to work effectively. I appreciate their focus on work-life balance and professional development. There is a reason why so many employees have been with the firm so long.

The respect we have for each other and the trust that the job will get done correctly. There is also a good level of accountability. I appreciate the motivation I get from my coworkers - everyone is willing to help.

There is a routine, but the specifics change often - It is easy to stay engaged. I enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Coworkers are really good at recognizing each others achievements no matter the size, it helps keep everyone motivated.
