I work hard and provide detailed work. I see some of my colleagues around me and sometimes feel they don't put in the same effort

I do like my managers and mentors that I work with. However, some coworkers that are in my office do not understand work place etiquette

I think some people need to understand we are in an office setting and not a social hour. It can make things difficult at times when in meetings
