Knowing that my pay, raises, etc are absolutely directly related to my work performance. I feel very fairly paid.

The product we turn over to clients. It feels great to produce work that we can all be proud of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's just a fun group or really creative, smart people. Being able to lean on any single person for help or a brainstorming session or just to be a friend is an amazing thing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's so much fun! Very much a work hard play hard environment, and we're a group that thrives on that. Everyone supports each other, laughs with each other, and makes work feel a whole lot more fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at TDR is amazing. They are 100% invested in the team and the company's growth both individually and as a whole. It's very clear they believe individuals need to succeed and be supported for the whole company to do well.
