What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very thoughtful, fair and open to any and all feedback.
Focused, flexible, empathetic, but also driven and well organized.
They are so flexible and really care about each and every staff member. Professional development budgets are given to everyone, and people are encouraged to share their career goals at every check-in. People being promoted or switching lanes quarterly is not uncommon!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership is very insular and inconsistent with their messaging to staff. The team lacks in integrity and massaged data to meet client expectations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is fine. This is probably the most attractive aspect of the experience.

Very collaborative across all departments.
Passionate and solutions-oriented in tackling projects and problems
Everyone give 110% and cares about the work that we are doing. Creativity is encouraged!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I liked my co-workers. Most are hard working and committed to the mission.
Open work environment, opportunity to work from home fridays once a month, summer friday's we close at 2p, the leadership team is very accessible and we have monthly socials after every staff meeting.
We are invested in each other's success

What makes you most happy at work?
Very little. It makes me sad that that staff is dispensable given the high turnover rate.
You don't really have to leave the building to get lunch and our building also has multiple work spaces which is great including working with my co-workers on a daily basis.
I work on truly innovative projects and am involved in critical decision making for the organization.
A chance to make a difference, to learn and grow daily, to collaborate with other departments regularly.
