When I tried to contact your company for a return for my husband's birthday, I was told that it had to be within 30 days I purchased the boots 8/31 and his birthday was 10/17. They would not exchange nor refund my money. So thanks to the fry company I am out $500

How's the vacation policy at The Frye Company?
At the corporate offices new employees get 15 days of PTO, half day Friday's from June-August, and usually 1 floater holiday which counts as a non bank holiday I.e roshashonah, Christmas Eve. Every 5 years you get 5 more vacation days.
