Great working environment at my location.

our mgmt team is grossly unaware of the issues facing us. common sense solutions and accepting input from the floor will help aleviate 6 day workweeks and help production numbers. employees are worn to a frazzle and morale is at the lowest its ever been. employees are here to help if ask.

I mean it's okay but this is probabiy one of the worst companies i ever worked at.

the operations are a mess

the communication is at an all time low. not just with us but each other. the right doesnt know what the left is doing. lack of common sense in decision making. not listening to the needs of the employees, keeping equipment up to standard. employees are expected to keep their equipment running

Health care is standard but bonuses are based off of metrics another team controls. Metrics for raises and bonuses change at the last minute so negotiate up front.

We work well together and for Gates to succeed, we succeed

my particular team works together well. some of the new hires have no work ethic and cant work a full week. the biggest problem is there is no expectations in work performance. we need to go back to random drug testing and preemployment testing

mgmt team that knows whats going on, employees with a work ethic and expectations. feedback between mgmt and employees positive and negative. communication. team meetings, listening between the two parts of the workforce. the chance for employees to move to in the company, end nepotism

It was challenging. IT positions should be challenging in the interview process, but it was to the point.

mgmt getting together with employees and listening. employees have ideas on how to improve the work situations but we are not ask or listened too. the mgmt team has been so long been removed from the floor they have lost sense of what is going on. some have never been on the floor and have no idea.
