I feel that our leadership team is committed to the company and their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care is standard but bonuses are based off of metrics another team controls. Metrics for raises and bonuses change at the last minute so negotiate up front.

Very laid back and comfortable
Very team oriented environment there

It was challenging. IT positions should be challenging in the interview process, but it was to the point.
