What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication they are more concerned with the almighty dollar than actually taking into consideration the well being of the employees. Making sure your employees are able to work safely should be the number one concern. If you complain your told if you don't like the conditions then leave. Callosha

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nothing we work in our own areas. Not much interaction
Crew lead spends more time on social media and pouting than actually working
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing everyone is so concerned about getting fired. No one is very positive. But hey they allow to use the bathroom
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is no accountability!! Some crews get by with standing around talking, taking 10 plus smoke breaks and using cellphones while other crews are going non stop and management does nothing
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting the job. The interview was pretty basic. No hoops to jump through

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I've answered that everything. They need new owners who actually care about the people lining their pockets
Hire people that actually have work ethic and not just bodies to fill a time slot that think they are entitled just because they show up
