Phone interviews for a job working on the phones seems quite logical

Open communication. We bounce ideas off of each other on a regular basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like a team environment. If someone has questions, multiple people could respond in various ways, out loud or over skype.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I made more money. I make considerably less than my previous job, doing the same type of work.
