Family owned and operated company that will throw any employee under the bus to put more money in their pockets. Employees have NO job security at all.

I would feel better if I made more money. I make considerably less than my previous job, doing the same type of work.

Employees are objects at this company. They are yelled at openly, insulted and bullied by the management. The owners need to show some respect.

Coworkers are terrified of the owners and always have to go above and beyond to keep out of their crosshairs. Nothing will help in that place.

It feels like a team environment. If someone has questions, multiple people could respond in various ways, out loud or over skype.

When the boss and his wife go on vacation

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lazy daughter of the owner is a QC boss and pushes all her work off on other employees while she chats , shops and does facebook.She will stab anyone in the back to get brownie points with her father. She should be fired.
