Mr. Fils has over 12 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He served as Chief Financial Officer of SWH Mimi's Cafe, LLC (Mimi's Caf???) from 2005 to 2008. He joined as at SWH Mimi's Cafe, LLC., as Vice President of Finance in January 2003. Prior to joining Mimis Cafe, from October 1998 to January 2003, he served as Chief Financial Officer and held other positions of increasing responsibility at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc., a publicly held company.
