Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
On top of management in mostly everything
I think that the leadership team works hard to make sure that the employees are well-prepared to complete the functions of the job, so I have always felt like I know what I am doing at work.
The current GM is awesome. Very personable and professional. The DM, IS not that personable and understanding. It seems the DM plays faves.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Satisfied with all of it
I make above minimum wage, even at the starting level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that a higher pay would be more beneficial. Also, the training process is poor. There is such a HIGH turn-over ratio.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work as a team and if your a new employee help you out to succeed in the company at least most of my workers are like that
The work environment is extremely positive and I get along with all of my coworkers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
everyone was all over the place, everyone was under stuffed it was worst
Actually working, less gossiping, showing up on time, showing up at all
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is always in a good mood at work, rather than having to just put on a "customer service face." I always look forward to going to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the people running the show the GMs, DMs,DO's
What did you like most about the interview process?
Straightforward and meeting most of the management team which are very nice helpful outgoing staff
I liked the fact that interviews felt more like a conversation than a test.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
they didn't seem to really care
More detailed, and need to talk to the person to get to know where they stand and what is expected of them.Usually Only hire people they know and they always end out quitting in 2 days
What makes you most happy at work?
the couple of co works i had
