The Hartford Internship Program

If you’re a college student still pursuing your studies but you’re ready to put your textbook knowledge to use – you’ve come to the right place. We offer a variety of summer internships for students looking to gain first-hand experience in their field of study.

We’re looking for high-performing students who are at a Junior level with strong communication, change agility, and teamwork skills. In many cases, we consider our interns for future entry-level and advanced roles within the company. And you may even benefit from summer housing opportunities, depending on your distance from our offices.

As an intern, you’ll:

- Participate in a 10- to 11-week experience with formal and experiential learning, volunteering and networking.

- Work on a team or individual Capstone project where you’ll recommend a solution to an industry problem.

- Get regular coaching, mentoring and feedback.

- Take advantage of networking opportunities with employees, leaders and other interns.

- Interact with leaders and experts who will offer you great insights and learnings.
