What did you like most about the interview process?
Competent and intelligent interviewer. I felt like this was a great place to work and was excited to begin.
You get to meet everyone on your immediate team prior to hire
Was straight forward told me what they were looking for in an employee and what the job responsibilities would be and actually asked questions that would be pertinent to the job.
Less concerned about experience and more about personality
I was interviewed twice to confirm I was a good worker
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More clarity and more organized
A new owner/boss that is not a alcoholic abusive etc. individual
too many steps, shorten the process.
