Terrible is the best way to put it

They truly only care about sales. They do not care about their patients or staff.

This company is very different inside than proceived by the public. There are many narcissistic individuals in leadership that manipulate other team members for their own personal gain. Including lying, cheating and unethical practices. Many become complacent and ignore the issues.

This company talks so poorly of its clinic staff behind closed doors that if their patients knew, would never patronize this place again. There are some very unethical people in this organization, they don't value the doctors in their clinics, all they care about is the value of the stock.

I've been with this company for over two years and I love it

Leadership is a joke! They fight between them and won't hesitate to throw you under the bus for their own gain. The way they talk about Doctors in the clinics is so disrespectful and disgusting, all they care about is the price of the shares.

90% of the leadership team is narcissistic. It's all about their agenda and they don't care if they throw you under the bus to save themselves. The Chiropractic leadership is nonexistent, the Sr. Director is just a mouthpiece for the CEO. Lots of infighting on the leadership team.

Continuing education and malpractice coverage.

Compensation has never been adjusted for the added responsibilities, increased cost of living, and increased knowledge gained over the years. Pay is very low for tenured employees.

With my years experience, I am grossly underpaid. The HR leadership plays unethical games when it comes to pay. Cuts corners on following rules and regulations as it relates to required laws in many states

For the level of skill I possess, I am grossly underpaid, but this goes along with the HR leaderships inability to value anything but herself

Everyone is helpful and theres a big sense of community amongst the wellness coordinators for the most part.

We all value each others experience and take each others expertise into consideration when managing problems.

HR Leadership needs to change, its unethical, abusive to field staff, and disrespectful, there is zero integrity in HR and that trickles down with every new hire.
