Freedom during down time for the most part

We are here to help people, and that is what we do in a daily basis. I feel like we are all working towards this goal.

Strong culture of togetherness and camraderie

The best part about my job is making friends

We work for the customers and their needs

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

HR Leadership needs to change, its unethical, abusive to field staff, and disrespectful, there is zero integrity in HR and that trickles down with every new hire.
