What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always bringing innovative ideas, new technologies, and a sense of humor to the table.
Our leadership definitely gets our industry and keeps the employees in mind.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear and consistent communication. You barely hear from the CEO ever. Actions speak louder than words. They talk about all-time records being broken while business is good but they nickel and dime their employees.
Be supportive of their contractors instead of using them as a money making machine for the Judge Group. Value them as a professional.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Recently upgraded benefits package, annual bonus.
It is more than fair for the amount of work I do

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team really comes together to accomplish our goals and we have fun while doing so.
My team is small but we are very effective and cohesive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work hard to play harder is a Judge core value, and we really instill that in most everything we do - from our phase trips, team outings, events, and getting lunch together as a team to our community projects and office fun. Family owned and family proud.
Very laid back and conducive to productivity.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I had the chance to spend quality time at the office, touring and meeting everyone I would be working with. Getting a chance to speak to executives, hearing their input and ideas.

Solving a problem, coming up with an innovative or creative idea. Getting my division recognized. Talking with my coworkers.
Flexibility and support for upper management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Must have more flexibility in hours and working from home options. Commute to King of Prussia is long and exhausting.
