What does the leadership team need to get better at?Clear and consistent communication. You barely hear from the CEO ever. Actions speak louder than words. They talk about all-time records being broken while business is good but they nickel and dime their employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Be supportive of their contractors instead of using them as a money making machine for the Judge Group. Value them as a professional.
