The fact that we have so many colleagues at work that are with the company +10 or even +30 years and the mix with new colleagues creates a great vibe and energy. We have a very inspiring CEO who together with the Leadership team knows & cheers people personally from all employee levels

I am a long-time employee and I really love what I do and what LHW represents in the market. I just wish my salary was on par with the market compared to the competition. That my operations team, VIP Desk, had more people to complete the sales job with excellence. Overall, it's an amazing company!
