    It feels like a big family no matter where colleagues are based, we're all very much connected with each other and it feels like one knows everyone at the company. People are super supportive regardless from which department or if asks are beyond peoples' scope of work.
  • What do you like best about the leadership team?
    The transparent, and regular communication. I also appreciate that they discuss the areas the areas in which we could improve as a company, apply lessons and work to achieve better.

    A job is just a job, it is not and will not become my lifestyle. As mentioned the work environment is pleasant and the teams are great but it is not something that I stay awake at night in anticipation of going to the next day.
