Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the LLT (Lloyd Leadership team) runs monthly meetings to keep everyone informed of our status against goals. They are really approachable and listen with the intent to use what you're saying to better the company.
Leadership is transparent and open to feedback and suggestions. If they hear you have an issue, they'll ask to talk to you and learn more so they can help find a resolution.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
direct compensation is average for the industry; the culture and other means of compensation (WFH, unlimited time off, stipends for cellphones and remote work) make it worth it.
The benefits we get outside of compensation are a big factor. WFH Fridays, WFH days that you can request whenever you need it, monthly lunches and unlimited snacks...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
we communicate with each other regularly and listen/help each other when needed.
so helpful. like any company we struggle with silos but I genuinely feel like every individual is willing to help each other. People at Lloyd care about each other, and that goes a long way.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we have a team dedicated to the employee experience, and they do a really great job of making sure everyone feels included, everyone's voice is heard.
our community relations team organizes company happy hours and events, like softball or bowling; everyone genuinely cares for each other and it shows.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
you start by meeting the culture team, and they help guide you through the rest of the process. Everyone you speak to really nice and its not just a interviewing tactic.
