Mr. David E. Dibble has been the Chief Executive Officer of MSG Ventures at The Madison Square Garden Company since February 23, 2017. Before joining MSG in 2016, Mr. Dibble served as the Chief Technology Officer at Altice USA, Inc. (Cablevision Systems Corporation) since September 2014. Mr. Dibble was accountable for enhancing Cablevision's technology infrastructure and implementing enterprise-wide approach to data architecture. He managed the Corporate Engineering, Information Technology, Network Operations and Software teams as well as oversee a wide range of systems including customer service information systems, corporate financial systems, business intelligence and more. He served as the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of First Data Corporation from October 1, 2005 to 2007. Mr. Dibble served as an Senior Vice President of Technology & Operations at Yahoo! Inc. (Now known as Altaba Inc.) until July 29, 2013 and served as its Executive Vice President of Technology and Operations. He served as Advisor of Yahoo! Inc. since July 29, 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President of Central Technology Organization. He served as Executive Vice President of Service Engineering & Operations at Yahoo! Inc. from November 2008 to December 2013. Prior to joining First Data, he served as Managing Director of the JPMorgan Chase technology organization, where he was responsible for defining and implementing a global data center strategy as well as critical system integration projects associated with major acquisitions. He also led the design and engineering of trading and inquiry systems for Charles Schwab & Co. before joining JPMorgan Chase. He was responsible for all aspects of design, science, platforms, engineering and operations of the global technical infrastructure. During his tenure at Yahoo, he designed and built the world's most efficient data center in record time. He helped unify the central technology and core platforms groups into one centralized team to improve efficiencies and achieve greater alignment. He served a variety of technology leadership positions with Fidelity Investments and FMC Corporation. He has been a Member of Advisory Board at Elementum SCM, Inc. since April 8, 2014. He serves as a Director of Tribune Publishing Company, Inc. He serves as a Director of Hubub, Inc. He served as a Director of tronc, Inc. from August 2014 to June 14, 2016. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas, where he earned his B.S. in quantitative economics and completed three years of graduate studies in economics, mathematics and computer science.
