Executive Bio

Ms. Donna M. Coleman has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of The Madison Square Garden Company since October 16, 2015. Ms. Coleman served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of The Madison Square Garden Company until September 30, 2015. Ms. Coleman was responsible for providing strategic financial insight on all facets of the business, helping prioritize opportunities and drive value creation. She oversaw all of MSG's financial and accounting matters, including forecasting, budgeting and financial planning and analysis, as well as the MSG's treasury, investor relations, tax and risk management functions. Ms. Coleman served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of The Madison Square Garden Company. She served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning and Control at Cablevision Systems Corporation, where she worked for more than 15 years before retiring from it in December 2014. In this role, she managed the development and coordination of the Cablevision Systems budget and financial planning as well as the critical accounting and control processes and risk management functions across the entire corporation. Ms. Coleman served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning and Control at Cablevision Systems Corporation from 2011 to 2012 and its Senior Vice President of Planning and Operations for more than 10 years. During this time, she was responsible for Cablevision's financial planning activities, including budgets, activity plans, forecasts and the long-term planning process for all of Cablevision's business units and corporate staff. Ms. Coleman joined Cablevision in 1998 as Vice President of financial planning. Before joining Cablevision, she held executive financial positions at Woolworth Corporation and Time Warner ??? Music Sounds Exchange, after spending eight years at Carter Wallace Inc. She began her career at Coopers & Lybrand where she held multiple positions in Audit. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Coleman received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham University.
