What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at The Management Trust?
Welcome! Have faith that if you joined The Management Trust for the right reasons you will be supported and rewarded in ways that you didn’t expect from a job where you are hopefully doing something that inspires you to inspire others every day. The company is doing things differently than you may have experienced in your working career, regardless of how long you’ve been in the work force. Practice patience. The leadership is about the long term vision, not an easy shortcut. They believe that prioritizing employees before clients and financial performance ensures long term success in all areas - to the benefit of the employees owners. It takes a bit to trust, understand and believe that the culture is real. It’s very different and a little weird. Give it a chance, understand your “why” as well as the company’s. It will be an amazing experience. You’ll be proud to be part of a world-class team that has your back. Embrace the challenge and have fun!
