I love the health insurance options and paid holidays off.
The vacation time, paid holidays off, and the flexibility as a salaried employee. I can work remotely if needed and when I'm sick so that I don't fall behind.
I like that the company "gifts" hours in exchange for documenting healthy activities such as exercise and volunteering in the community.
Our ESOP shares do not reflect the hard work everyone is putting forth. External factors are part of the challenge and a great team is being formed as naysayers move on and we recruit the right people who share our vision and culture.

Tenacity and loyalty to each other
the team is super close knit but in a way that appreciates professional/personal boundaries. I feel like I'm coming in to work with a second family. We are all hard working, dedicated people who are vested in the success of the business.
They're all super friendly, inviting, and hard working. There is no one on my team that is just scraping by. We're all committed to our jobs.

The culture is why I have stayed with The Trust for so many years. There's transparency, accountability, and the employee ownership aspect makes us have a vested interest in the success of the company.
Our employee ownership culture gives us all a level playing field when it comes to our contributions to The Trust. From our most entry level to our most senior positions, we all have the opportunity to positively impact our company and hold others accountable for what we say we will do.
Some people describe it as work family. That's fair but it is a group of professionals that work together. We're all pulling in the same direction to achieve something that's not so easy to accomplish.

Getting to connect with the homeowners to help them, as well as see my amazing team mates.
Having the opportunity to make my coworkers lives better and being able to help our homeowners. The clients/homeowners aren't always our biggest fans, but regardless ,we are here to help.
