Very on top of their divisions and departments, keeping an eye on metrics and KPIs. Also pretty friendly and approachable.

Definitely not paid at market value for my experience and education level. I think my opinions and observations are valued by my leadership team, but they move slowly on implementing suggestions. I think that a quarterly bonus, set commission structure, and annual raise would all be an improvement.

The few colleagues who I enjoy collaborating with are all great at communication, labor division, and performing to expectations. They also are genuinely helpful and appreciate people. The colleagues I struggle to work around lack most or all of these qualities.
The culture at TMF is very collaborative and congratulatory; people lift one another up and celebrate each other's accomplishments, which feels very great to be part of.

The outcome of our work is to hire healthcare providers where they are needed the most. That end goal makes me feel a lot better about the moments where I'm not certain I'm in the right place.
Definitely a more stable environment for the operations teams would boost overall production and intra-team collaboration. The culture here mostly supports production team members (for good reason; it's recruiting, after all) but I wish there was a better structure for operations/support as well.
