Knowing that my work makes a difference.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They have a lot of knowledge and are really good at building partnerships.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Our meetings are inefficient and could often better be run via email or shared documents.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most of the people who work for the organisation are very driven and committed to the mission.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have a highly specialised role that requires high-level schooling and advanced degrees and special training, but other jobs in the organisation that require nothing more than a bachelors degree and ability to use MS Word are better compensated than mine.
