Regularly providing input on ideas and initiatives to support diversity, equity, and inclusion issues across recruitment, retention, and engagement.

Provide engagement opportunities for Nerdery employees to foster cultural competencies.

Develop recommendations for training, policies, and practices that foster a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture for employees.
