Good atmosphere, calm work. slowly and steady.
I like that they are very proactive and try to get ahead of the market and keep the company fresh.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop hitching their wagon to destructive, impossible, future programs. Concentrate on building better associates. Get rid of the person running Training for the field as training is a complete mess. Our associates are put in the field with very little skills. Then they wonder why turnover is 65%+
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being free and doing whatever we want
"MY TIME" Vacation program. Best decision ever made!
I am entry-level and get paid more than most other entry level jobs anywhere.
