What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't think I have had this close of a pathway to leadership at any previous company. They address issues and big questions head on, and demonstrate vulnerability and openness to ideas.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are given unlimited vacation, and have very good health benefits.
Having a base that is quite competitive and on the higher end of market rates is great. My manager makes having compensation/salary discussions straighforward (rather confusing/nervewracking topic to begin with)

What are some of the best things about your team?
Ambitious, reliable, hard working, smart, so talented. Everyone wants to work together for the better of the company to reach our goals.
Humble, hungry, people-first. My team is my support network at work - ego is left at the door, problem solvers come to work

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are realistically ambitious. I have never been surrounded by so many motivated and smart people. We know whats possible and push just past it. We always want to see success for the team, not just for oneself.
So much drive and passion. Always fun.

More conversation than just questions - all my interviewers were great listeners and great storytellers.
Focuses a lot on your native super powers and for within the culture over skills.

My colleagues are incredible to work with.
The people. Makes the tough stuff easy, and the easy stuff a breeze.
