The Leadership Team cares deeply about their employees. Great company culture and overall wonderful people to work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
We have an awesome co-working space that offers great perks (free coffee, kombucha, beer, dog-friendly). I also really enjoy my coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a "Culture Club" dedicated to making sure our office environment and company culture stays positive and continues to match our values.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very genuine and ready to answer questions or point you in the right direction. Many of us are becoming friends outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the collaboration seen across the team. Leadership values our opinions and I feel I have a say in the way my role develops and can bring any ideas to the table.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have unlimited PTO, paid company lunches when in the office, and the ability to remote every other week. All these things add up and end up saving me a ton of money every month.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It is very thought out. They are looking for the right fit all around- culture and role. I enjoyed how many different people I got to speak with to make sure the company felt right.
