What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

Clear communication and a strong culture of employee supremacy all starts from the top and trickles down throughout the entire company

The transparency. Leadership doesn't make decisions in a silo, and there's a lot of transparency around why decisions have been made and a lot of input from the team to help inform those decisions.

They're always willing to share company details with the rest of the team. They actually care about employee wellbeing. They're not solely focused on numbers.

They are tuned into the company's needs as well as employee's needs, and are just the smartest group we could ask for. They always surprise me with their insight and planning, and have done an amazing job getting the company to where it is today, and preparing for the future by forging a path ahead.

I love the collaboration seen across the team. Leadership values our opinions and I feel I have a say in the way my role develops and can bring any ideas to the table.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

The variable/performance-dependent bonus is a fantastic incentive that ties my success to the success of the company

The additional perks that come along with the benefits. It is obvious leadership has taken the time and effort to highlight what is important for a healthy work-life balance.

Time off, healthcare, and extra bonuses like lunch, fabric days, and mental health stipends.

We get every other Friday off. These are called FABRIC days (based on our core values), and they really allow for a recharge. They also contribute to a company culture that allows for a great work / life balance.

For being a smaller company, it has quite a robust benefit package. Besides just competitive pay and insurance, there are fun little added perks like learning stipends and Headspace accounts.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

strong sense of ownership and teamwork

Efficient meetings that empower team members to do their work effectively

Kind, smart, supportive, funny, easy-going

There's a ton of collaboration across teams. No one works in a silo, and everyone is willing to lend a helping hand. It's a really incredible team to be a part of!

No territorial-ness across teams and departments. Everyone helps everyone. No politics. Genuinely nice, caring, thoughtful people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

Employee Supremacy hands down is the most positive company cultural environment I've ever been in

Employees are put first through the idea and implementation of Employee Supremacy.

The emphasis on work-life balance and celebrating wins as a team

This is a company that lives its values every single day. We talk about FABRIC, we find ways to implement initiatives to uphold FABRIC, and we make decisions based on the FABRIC philosophy.

Everyone is on the same mission and fulfilling their part to get us there. Culture is the top priority, I'd say.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

I felt that I could be myself throughout the whole process.

They ensure that you interview multiple team members from across all departments at the company to ensure that you are a stong culture fit. They are very much focused on ensuring the Right Person is in the Right Seat.

The ability to meet the majority of the team. It's really a chance to interview the team as much as they are interviewing you and decide if it's a good fit for both parties.

It's not easy. It is strenuous, but for good reason. The last thing anyone wants to do is make a bad hire and have to fire someone. You have to be patient going through the interview process. It's not quick.

It's thorough! So while it can feel like a lot as a prospective candidate you have a chance to really get a feel for the company and you know they 100% to hire you when you make it through to offer.
