The emphasis on work-life balance and celebrating wins as a team
This is a company that lives its values every single day. We talk about FABRIC, we find ways to implement initiatives to uphold FABRIC, and we make decisions based on the FABRIC philosophy.
Everyone is on the same mission and fulfilling their part to get us there. Culture is the top priority, I'd say.
Our openness and honesty. There isn't anything secret or pent up, you really feel encouraged to speak your mind and are heard at every level.
We have a "Culture Club" dedicated to making sure our office environment and company culture stays positive and continues to match our values.
