What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance premiums are cheaper compared to previous employers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In order to get free popcorn/drinks you have to have your own container and only part-time and full-time is only for management and team leads.
I work only part time... I should be getting more benefits and job security
I believe that regal should pay its employees more. Even if it's just 50 cents. It would make more people stay so it's not a cycle of new employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being able to work effectively.
We get along. We get our jobs done and achieve our objectives

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free popcorn/drinks while working, 50% discount on concessions and 4DX movies, free movies including IMAX

What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my coworkers and getting to work while with people that are uplifting.
Being able to do my job with little to no direction or micro managing from my superiors.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers need to use common sense and common courtesy.
If customers stopped being trashy we could keep the theater clean.
