The salon does not offer any compensations.

My co-workers are willing to support each other in all things.
We are a great team that get along well.

TO RESPECT EACH OTHER EVERY DAY
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Helping each other and our clients. We all support each other.
Great atmosphere, great clients, great management and team.

What did you like most about the interview process?
There really was NO interview. I knew these people and they said there was a chair for me to work in. Yipeeee
Was not extremely serious. Very laid back.
I liked how personable the owner was during the interview.

What makes you most happy at work?
The people. My customers used to love to come but now COVID has scared them to stay home. I've been doing their hair for 30+ years and now they are scared to come to salon even though we are extremely careful with guidelines from the state. The age range is 60-80. Some younger.
Everyone has a great personality.
I am most happy when a client walks away feeling confident and beautiful.
