What did you like most about the interview process?There really was NO interview. I knew these people and they said there was a chair for me to work in. Yipeeee
What makes you most happy at work?The people. My customers used to love to come but now COVID has scared them to stay home. I've been doing their hair for 30+ years and now they are scared to come to salon even though we are extremely careful with guidelines from the state. The age range is 60-80. Some younger.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Helping each other and our clients. We all support each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The salon does not offer any compensations.
