It was nice for a while but things started to open up. I asked my PRD about a raise after being there 4 years and obtaining my CPA. She said i was making the same as everyone else. I then was assigned on an internal project - there i had access to all salaries. I was 15k less than even day 1s

Work being marketed is a sham. Mostly back-fill at companies where things are very political and problematic. Work is boring and dull.
