The company is hiring more and more unqualified unskilled workers who are there to just take a paycheck and don't care about the future
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no positivity about the strong anymore. Very poor culture. They truly only care about raising prices and taking customers money

They are honestly looking for nothing but warm bodies. If you act friendly, you'll get a job. Look at the recent hires who are unqualified

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Until managers actually see what is happening on the floor nothing will ever improve. Claudette acts like a dictator who will belittle you
