What do you like best about the leadership team?
No experience with them. We are not valued.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Team and department supervisors are good, but the same department heads and executives doing the same things for too long do not bode well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is fair, but bonuses are inconsistent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they paid us market rate or recognized contractors' value.
The wages seem good compared to other areas, but in may respects are barely enough for the area where the company is situated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all in the same boat.
For all the problems, the workplace culture is good, encouraging teamwork, invention, healthy respect, curiosity, and lively discussion.

Everyone believes in the product and each other.

As strange as it may seem, the shared adversity and relative autonomy of departments means that the employees are friendly and accommodating

Working with my teammates. Developing new products.
Interacting with coworkers is nice
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Departments behave like plant cells, structurally rigid and especially impermeable to the little things happening with their neighbors.
